在模拟人体温度37℃条件下.进行水镁石纤维粉尘与氨基酸作用的实验研究.测定在72h内溶解过程中PH值和电导率的变化、结果表明,纤维矿物在氨基酸中发生了有机配合作用,并且中性氨基酸对矿物的溶解能力最强。红外光谱研究表明.纤维粉尘中的金属离子主要是与氨基酸中的羧基发生配合的,粉尘的这种配合作用.一方面是对纤维中的金属离子产生有效的活化和迁移、另一方面也使氨基酸的结构发生变化、有可能是导致正常的蛋白质受破坏的原因之一。

The results showed that the fibrous minerals had organic coordination in the amino acids and the neutral amino acids had the strongest ability to dissolve the minerals. Infrared spectroscopy studies have shown. The metal ions in the fiber dust are mainly coordinated with the carboxyl groups in the amino acids, and the dust can cooperate with each other. On the one hand, the effective activation and migration of the metal ions in the fiber, on the other hand, changes the structure of the amino acid, which may be one of the reasons that the normal protein is damaged.
