针对辖区涉外治安环境复杂的情况,北京市公安局朝阳分局着力加强外国人管理工作,采取的具体措施是:建立健全协调防控机制,提升使馆区防控能力;推广分层次管控工作法,提升动态管控能力;以情报信息为先导,提升准确打击外国人违法犯罪能力。
