侦查讯问录音录像制度已成为刑事诉讼中犯罪嫌疑人合法权利得以实现和侦查人员免受起诉的保障机制。鉴于侦查讯问中不断出现对犯罪嫌疑人权利侵犯的案例,英国、美国、加拿大等国家先后在本国制定了讯问的录音录像制度,大幅度地减少了侦查讯问中的刑讯逼供行为,极大地保障了犯罪嫌疑人的诉讼权利。我国应当完善立法,健全侦查讯问录音录像制度,确保犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益。
