职务犯罪是当前社会腐败最突出的表现形式之一。随着我国政治经济体制改革的不断深入,职务犯罪呈现许多新的特点,严重地威胁到了我国市场经济的健康发展和国家的政治稳定。本文针对当前职务犯罪发展的最新态势,在分析了当前职务犯罪发展的现状与原因的基础上,深入探讨了构建长期有效的职务犯罪预防机制的理论问题。
Duty crime is one of the most prominent manifestations of corruption in our society. With the deepening of the reform of political and economic system in our country, there are many new features of job-related crime, which seriously threaten the healthy development of China’s market economy and the political stability of the country. In this paper, according to the latest situation of the development of job-related crimes, based on the analysis of the current status and causes of the development of job-related crimes, the thesis probes deeply into the theoretical issues of establishing a long-term and effective mechanism of job-related crime prevention.
