Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of panoramic radiographs, CT and MRI used for the diagnosis of condylar fracture (CFs).Methods: A total of 290 patients (405 joints) with CFs from Jan 2002 to Nov 2013 were examined by Panoramic radiographs and computed tomography (CT) scans to determine the fracture types based on Prof MacLennans (1952)and ProfYangs classifications (2009).For Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, 119 patients (174 joints) were reviewed to record the disc displacements based on ProfNebbes criteria.
