Recent publications show that alterations of Rab small GTPase-controlled trafficking pathways involve in the pathogenesis of neoplasia.Here,we identify a key mechanism that links the human Rab37 (hRAB37) with tissue inhibitor of metallopeptidase I ( TIMPI) secretion leading to inactivation of MMP/FAK/AKT migration axis and metastasis suppression in lung cancer model.
