Muscle atrophy occurs in many diseases such as diabetes.obesity,cancer.cardiovascular disease.and aging.Starvation is the major known reason for muscle atrophy.However,in diabetes,obesity and other diseases,the causes for muscular atrophy have not been completely uncovered yet.
