本文研究了影响肾上腺素、多巴胺、血清素、组胺及乙酰胆碱的药物对大鼠下丘脑和血清TRH的影响。结果表明:α肾上腺素系统对TRH释放起主要影响,激活α_2受体促进TRH释放,激活α_1受体抑制TRH释放,以前者为主。多巴胺、血清素、组胺抑制下丘脑TRH释放。乙酰胆碱在TRH调节中不起主要作用。本研究提示:神经递质先影响下丘脑TRH的合成及/或释放,后者的变化再影响垂体TSH,在神经递质对TSH调控中,TRH是一个重要的居间环节。
This article studies the effects of epinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, histamine, and acetylcholine on hypothalamus and serum TRH in rats. The results showed that: α-adrenergic system has a major impact on TRH release, activating α 2 receptor to promote TRH release, activating α 1 receptor inhibiting TRH release, the former mainly. Dopamine, serotonin, histamine inhibit hypothalamic TRH release. Acetylcholine does not play a major role in TRH regulation. This study suggests that neurotransmitters affect the synthesis and / or release of TRH in the hypothalamus first, and the latter changes the TSH in the hypothalamus. TRH is an important intervening link in the regulation of TSH by neurotransmitters.
