当前药物多达35万种,常用近千种,治疗疾病时往往需要几种药物配合使用,且力求药物相互作用有利于提高疗效、减少毒副反应。国外资料表明,用药的种类与相互作用成正比,与不良反应也成正比;并用1～5种药时,不良反应发生率为3.3～18.6％;并用6种以上,为19.8～81.4％。今就降血糖药与其他药物之间的相互作用简介如下。一、胰岛素 1.与磺酰脲类或双胍类口服降糖药并用,可增强疗效、减少副作用。磺酰脲类作用于胰岛β细胞,促进胰岛素分泌;双胍类促进脂肪组织摄取葡萄糖,
