利用氯霉素中间体对硝基苯基丝氨酸甲酯为原料,合成了具有分支杆菌生长素部分结构的2,4,5-三取代噁唑啉化合物27个。经初步药理筛选,活性均不显著。
27 chloramphenicol intermediates p-nitrophenylserine methyl ester was used as raw materials to synthesize 2,4,5-trisubstituted oxazoline compounds with partial structure of mycobacterium auxin. After preliminary pharmacological screening, the activity was not significant.
