甲硝唑原为一抗滴虫药,近年来发现有抗厌氧菌作用。目前在国内外已广泛用于预防手术后感染,并且取得了满意的疗效。现常用的剂型有片剂、直肠栓剂和注射剂。
Metronidazole was originally an anti-trichomonad, anti-anaerobic bacteria found in recent years. Currently at home and abroad have been widely used to prevent postoperative infection, and achieved satisfactory results. Commonly used dosage forms are tablets, rectal suppositories and injections.
