去年3月,省委调整了我院党委班子,在第一次党委扩大会议上,大家感到千重要,万重要,领导班子的思想建设最重要。加强党委 “一班人”的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设,最重要的是突出党委的集体领导。集体领导是党的民主集中制在领导制度上的运用和体现,只有强化党委的集体领导,才能有效地发挥高校党委的政治核心作用,才能做到防止决策的失误和混乱,才能使高校党组织增强凝聚力、战斗力。我们的具体做法和体会
