Schistosoma mansoni antigen plays a decisive role in inducing immune pathology and regulating host immune system. The authors sought to find a more sensitive, simple and repeatable method to confirm and locate schistosome antigens in granulomas and lymphoid tissues. The Puerto Rica strain Schistosoma mansoni was obtained from the Biomphala globarta spirochete and placed in a 75 × 12 mm glass tube with dechlorinated tap water in each tube. Twelve week old female CBA / J mice were dipped into the glass tube for 1 hour. The control group was not infected. All animals were killed after eight weeks and the liver, spleen, ileum and blood vessels were removed
