目的掌握河南省淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性状况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法幼虫浸渍法。结果河南省对敌敌畏、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯都已产生抗性并呈上升趋势,尤其敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性已很高,2005-2009年平均抗性指数分别为15.91、25.26和14.44倍。马拉硫磷的抗性指数稍有下降。结论对于蚊产生的抗药性,各地都应引起高度的重视,加强抗药性监测,采取适宜的防蚊措施,合理地使用杀虫剂,预防或减缓淡色库蚊对杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。
Objective To master the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides in Henan province and provide the basis for the development of control strategies. Method larvae dipping method.
