首先,我代表中国基建优化研究会向与会代表表示热烈欢迎,并向大力支持我们的阳泉市各级领导表示衷心感谢! 去年五月在唐山召开的第三届中国基建优化研究会会员代表大会上,我曾建议基建优化要与减灾相结合、把基建优化与减灾密切结合起来,开展学术研究。这样不仅扩大基建优化的研究领域,而更重要的是为造福人类做贡献!
First of all, on behalf of the China Infrastructure Optimization Research Association, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the participants and express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders of Yangquan City who strongly support us! The 3rd China Infrastructure Improvement Research Institute Member Conference was held in May last year in Tangshan. I once suggested that the optimization of infrastructure should be combined with disaster reduction, and the optimization of infrastructure and disaster reduction should be closely combined to carry out academic research. This not only expands the research field of infrastructure optimization, but also more importantly contributes to the benefit of mankind!
