广东省机械企协价值工程研究会首届年会于1990年11月份在广东台山县召开。40名来自广东各地机电企业、大专院校和主管部门的代表参加了年会。
The first annual meeting of the Value Engineering Research Association of Guangdong Machinery Enterprises Association was held in Taishan County, Guangdong Province in November 1990. 40 delegates from electromechanical companies, universities and administrative departments from various parts of Guangdong participated in the annual meeting.
