I. At present, the Western Inner Mongolia Power Grid has entered the new era of the development of the people’s congress. The installation of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” will need to be doubled again, and will gradually be built into an important national power output base. What are the objective conditions for the establishment of this base and the prospect can be achieved?
