基于我国建设社会主义法治国家的治国方略及发展社会主义市场经济工作的需要,我国在人才培养工作中非常强调人才法律素养的培养。为了更好的获得高职法律基础教育的效果,本文在一项以上海市高职院校学生为调研对象的活动基础上进行分析总结,认为应该探寻将美国法律诊所教学模式引入高职教育的方法和途径。
