ABO血型不合引起的新生儿溶血症,虽然大多数临床症状、体征表现轻微,但仍有少数表现较重,直接影响了新生儿的健康成长.因此,对A BO血型不合所致的新生儿溶血症应予以重视.现将1988年1～4月青山区妇幼保健所对500对男女婚前检查血型婚配结果作如下分析. 资料与结果顺号抽取1988年1～4月婚检表1 000份,男女各500人.对婚配女方血型是“O”,男方是“A”、“B”“A B”型者进行统计,结果见表1.
