2012年,全国水产技术推广机构深入贯彻中央1号文件和农业部部署,稳步推进水产技术推广体系改革与建设,扎实履行水产技术推广职责,开创了水产技术推广工作新局面。在近期召开的全国水产技术推广工作会议上,山东、浙江、吉林、云南四省的代表就其省水产技术推广工作开展情况做了典型发言,摘编如下。
In 2012, the National Agency for Aquaculture Technology Promotion thoroughly implemented the No. 1 Document of the Central Government and the deployment of the Ministry of Agriculture, steadily promoted the reform and construction of the aquaculture technology promotion system, steadily fulfilled the responsibility of popularizing aquaculture technology and created a new situation in the promotion of aquaculture technology. At a recent meeting on national aquaculture technology promotion, representatives from four provinces in Shandong, Zhejiang, Jilin and Yunnan made typical speeches on the implementation of their provincial aquaculture technology promotion.
