毛泽东同志在《实践论》中指出: “你要有知识,你就得参加变革现实的实践”。邓小平同志反复阐述,实践是检验真理的唯一标准。江泽民总书记在“七一”座谈会的讲话中再次强调,只有在同人民群众相结合,在推动社会主义物质文明和精神文明协调发展的实践中经受锻炼,积累经验,提高素质,增长才干,我们的干部才能健康成长,才能有所作为。三代领导人的论述,不仅充分说明了实践的重要性,而且还深刻地指出,实践出真知,实践出才干,实践是广大干部成长的必由之路。
