传统治疗早期宫颈癌的有效方法是广泛子宫切除术,但此法创伤较大,手术范围广,患者术后膀胱、直肠、肛门、阴道等功能易受到影响,大大降低了患者的生活质量。盆腔自主神经受损是造成此并发症的主要原因,因此,在手术期间尽可能的保留盆腔自主神经是现今宫颈癌广泛子宫切除术的研究重点。通过对近年系统保留盆腔自主神经的广泛子宫切除术(nerve sparing radical hysterectomy,NSRH)应用于宫颈癌治疗的手术效果,发现其能够有效避免患者膀胱、直肠以及阴道的损伤,降低患者术后并发症发生率。笔者对近年NSRH的研究作一简单综述。
