仿真商业环境下综合实训教学是高职院校培养学生技术技能的重要途径。我国高职院校综合实训教学存在师资力量不足、社会企业参与不足、重视程度不足等多项问题。调查高职院校综合实训课程现状,全面探析其综合实训教学问题,发现产生问题的原因,同时为相应问题提出策略十分必要。
Comprehensive training in the simulated business environment is an important way to cultivate students’ technical skills in higher vocational colleges. There are many problems in comprehensive practical teaching in higher vocational colleges in our country, such as the shortage of teaching staff, the lack of participation of social enterprises and the lack of attention. Investigate the current situation of comprehensive training courses in higher vocational colleges, comprehensively probe into its comprehensive practical teaching problems, find out the causes of the problems, and put forward strategies for the corresponding problems at the same time.
