在跨世纪的关键时刻,中共中央作出决定,用整风精神在县以上领导班子和领导干部中开展以讲学习、讲政治、讲正气为主要内容的党性党风教育。这是深入学习邓小平理论和党的十五大精神,提高领导干部队伍素质,迎接跨世纪挑战的战略举措。怎样用整风精神搞好“三讲”教育,坚决防止走过场,是今年党的建设的首要课题。
At a crucial juncture of the new century, the CPC Central Committee decided to use the rectification spirit to carry out education on the party spirit and party style with the main body of rectification as the main content of learning, politics and imparting integrity in the leading bodies and leading cadres at and above the county level. This is a strategic move to further study Deng Xiaoping Theory and the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and improve the quality of the ranks of leading cadres so as to meet the cross-century challenge. How to improve the “three stresses” education with rectification spirit and resolutely prevent it from going through the field are the major issues for the party building this year.
