随着现代信息技术的高速发展,不仅对各专业人才的知识技能有了更高的要求,而且各行业的职业素质也越来越得到了经营者的重视。以高职院校的艺术教学为例,教师除了传授给学生相应的理论与实践知识以外,还应加入职业素质教育的部分,必须更多地结合行业企业发展的实际情况和社会需求,才能将学生培养成为企业真正需要的人才。因此,如何在艺术课程教学中培养学生成为既具备知识技能又具备较高职业素质的创新型设计师就成了我们亟待解决的问题。
