本文对我院1995年院内感染进行调查分析,并就控制、降低院内感染发生作了初步探讨。1 资料来源及方法 资料取自我院1995-01-01～1995-12-31631例发生院内感染的住院病例。按照国际疾病分类法对不同系统疾病进行分类,以病案首页为依据调查了病人的社会经济特征、疾病特征、诊疗质量等指标。所有资料均在AST微机上应用FOXPRO2.5建立数据库,应用SPLM统计软件进行分析处理。
This article investigates and analyzes the nosocomial infection in our hospital in 1995, and makes a preliminary discussion on controlling and reducing the occurrence of nosocomial infection. 1 Sources and methods Data were collected from hospital cases of nosocomial infection from January 1995 to December 1995. In accordance with the International Classification of Diseases, the diseases of different systems were classified. Based on the top of the medical records, the socioeconomic characteristics, disease characteristics, and quality of diagnosis and treatment of the patients were investigated. All data were set up on the AST microcomputer using FOXPRO2.5 database, using SPLM statistical software for analysis and processing.
