Fanchang County is one of the health education pilot counties of the World Bank Financed China Schistosomiasis Control Project (referred to as the World Bank’s schistosomiasis control project). The county is divided by the heavy, medium, and light endemic areas of the World Bank’s schistosomiasis control project [1], selecting 2 levels. The village, a second-level village, and a three-level village are health education pilots. The pilot village population has a total of 7,171 people, including 693 students.
