目的 为探讨肘管综合症的发病机制。方法 测量肱骨尺神经沟的深度、肘管直径、尺神经肘管段直径。结果 肱骨尺神经沟深度为0.36mm;上肢肘管平均直径为0.55mm;尺神经肘管段平均直径为0.24mm。结论 尺神经肘管段全部嵌入尺神经沟内,嵌合得越紧,发生肘管综合症的可能性越大。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of elbow syndrome. Methods The depth of ulnar humeral nerve groove, the diameter of cubital tunnel and the diameter of ulnar nerve segment of ulnar nerve were measured. Results The depth of ulnar humerus furrow was 0.36 mm. The average diameter of upper elbow was 0.55 mm. The average diameter of ulnar nerve elbow was 0.24 mm. Conclusion All the ulnar nerve segments of the ulnar nerve are embedded in the ditch of the ulnar nerve, and the tighter the fitting, the greater the possibility of elbow tube syndrome.
