目的 :探讨溃结饮治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法 :通过建立TNBS 乙醇大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 (ulcerativecolitis ,UC)模型 ,观察用溃结饮分别治疗 1、2、3周后 ,UC大鼠血浆GMP 14 0含量的变化。结果 :UC时 ,血浆GMP 14 0含量升高 ;在第 1、2、3周时 ,溃结饮组血浆GMP 14 0含量均低于模型组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且其治疗作用优于柳氮磺吡啶组。结论 :溃结饮发挥对UC治疗作用的机制之一是改善血小板活化功能 ,从而减轻肠黏膜的损伤和炎症反应
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Kuijieyin in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. METHODS: By establishing TNBS ethanol rat ulcerative colitis (UC) model, the changes of plasma GMP 14 0 content in UC rats were observed after 1, 2, 3 weeks of treatment with Kuijieyin. RESULTS: At the time of UC, plasma GMP 14 0 content increased. At the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weeks, the GMP 14 0 level in Kuijieyin group was lower than that in the model group (P <0 05), and its therapeutic effect was excellent. In the sulfasalazine group. Conclusion: One of the mechanisms of the effect of Kuijieyin on the treatment of UC is to improve the platelet activation function, so as to reduce the damage and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa.
