目的了解掌握全区医疗机构消毒工作现状,分析消毒工作中存在的问题及解决方法,为做好全区医疗机构消毒隔离和医院感染控制工作提供科学依据。方法对全区医疗机构2008-2010年监测结果资料进行回顾性分析。结果 3年共采样4 121份,合格3 756份,消毒质量平均总合格率为91.14%,2008-2010年合格率依次为92.82%、89.92%和90.85%。不同级别医疗机构中,区级合格率最高,为92.91%;市级合格率最低,为86.33%。不同监测项目中,消毒剂和污水合格率最高,为100.00%;空气合格率最低,为70.52%。结论医疗机构消毒质量不稳定,应加强对医疗机构医务人员消毒知识培训和消毒质量监测,不断提高卫生管理水平和医院感染控制能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection work in medical institutions in the whole district, analyze the problems and solutions in disinfection work, and provide scientific basis for the disinfection and isolation and nosocomial infection control in medical institutions across the district. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of monitoring results from 2008 to 2010 in medical institutions across the region. Results A total of 4 121 samples were obtained in 3 years, 3 756 were eligible, and the average total pass rate of disinfection quality was 91.14%. The pass rates in 2008-2010 were 92.82%, 89.92% and 90.85% respectively. Different levels of medical institutions, the district-level pass rate was the highest, 92.91%; municipal lowest pass rate was 86.33%. Among the different monitoring items, the highest pass rate of disinfectant and sewage is 100.00%; the lowest passing rate of air is 70.52%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions is unstable. The disinfection knowledge training and disinfection quality monitoring of medical staff in medical institutions should be strengthened, and the level of hygiene management and hospital infection control should be continuously improved.
