互联网作为一种具有突破性意义的新媒介,在最近5年里得到了惊人的发展。互联网的不断繁荣导致了传媒结构的剧烈变革,传播效率和信息容量突飞猛进,同时也为广大民众发表言论,交流思想提供了广阔的平台和先进的手段,使广大民众再无须以媒体做为代言人,而是可以亲自登台畅所欲言。网络上空前繁荣的虚拟社区、论坛BBS、个人博客正在日趋成熟和完善,已成为了解民意、采集舆情最重要的场所,也正在当仁不让的承担起抨击腐败丑恶现象、行使舆论监督的重大职责。本文从网络本身的特点出发,尝试探讨网络在新时代担当新闻舆论监督的优势和存在的问题,并力图从中找到解决问题的某些方法。
The Internet, as a groundbreaking new medium, has seen phenomenal growth in the last five years. The continuous prosperity of the Internet has led to drastic changes in the media structure. With the rapid development of communication efficiency and information capacity, it has also provided a vast platform and advanced means for the general public to express their opinions and exchange ideas so that the general public will not need to use the media as their spokesperson. But you can speak up on your own. Virtual community, forum BBS and personal blog, unprecedented prosperity on the network, are maturing and perfected. They have become the most important place for understanding public opinion and collecting public opinions. They are also doing their utmost to attack the ugly deception and exercise supervision over public opinion. Based on the characteristics of the Internet itself, this article attempts to explore the advantages and problems that the Internet plays in the news media supervision in the new era and tries to find some solutions to the problems.
