　　Objective LncRNAs play important roles in multiple physiological processes that involve gene regulation.A number of studies suggest they are aberrantly expressed in some neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases.In this study,we first identify genome-wide lncRNAs expression profiles and mRNAs that are up-or down-regulated in major depressive disorder (MDD) by microarray in peripheral blood leukocyte,and the gene-lncRNA-coexpression networks is set up to determine interactions among genes and lncRNAs co-expression.
