Objective Duloxetine is an antidepressant that effects a serotonergic and noradrenergie neurotransmitter,and a useful agent in the treatment of the patients with anxiety or depressive disorders.According to the recently reported study results,combination therapy with 2 antidepressants in the treatment of patients with major depressive disorders did not show a superior efficacy but did show the more adverse events than monotherapy.The purpose of this study was to evaluate sex differences in effectiveness of duloxetine monotherapy compared to combination therapy with other antidepressants in patients with anxiety or depressive disorders.
