赤霉素信号途径影响水稻组成型和诱导型防御反应

  植物遭受植食性昆虫的袭击时,首先体内受体感知来自植食性昆虫的刺激信号,这些信号经Ca2+流、蛋白激酶级联途径等传递给下游靶标信号分子,调节多种植物激素信号发生变化,进而改变防御化合物代谢途径。大量研究表明植物激素茉莉酸(JA),水杨酸(SA),乙烯(ET)信号途径参与调控植物的诱导抗虫反应,但赤霉素(GA)信号途径在参与诱导抗虫反应的研究很少有报道。
