The plant-plant interactions mediated by chemicals involve in two terms as allelopathy and allelobiosis that play important roles in plant coexistence and community assembly.The term allelopathy was first used by Hans Molisch in 1937 in which plants produce and release allelochemicals exerting an effect on the neighboring plants.
