  Immunoassays are widely used in many fields ranging from medical diagnostics to environmental monitoring.The principal advantage of immunoassays is the specificity of detection,which derived from the selection of antibody-antigen binding.Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay(CLIA)has been intensively used in antigen-antibody detection,due to the sensitivity of CLIA is much higher than that of the traditional enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).CLIA is a clinical diagnostic method with the basic principle of radioimmunoassay.It possesses both the advantages of chemiluminescence and immunoassay with high sensitivity and high selectivity,respectively.In this presentation,we shall report a chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay based on magnetic microparticles which were used for the determination different kinds of targets in different samples.A systematic comparison between the MmPs-CLEIA and colorimetric ELISA concluded that the MPs-CLEIA exhibited fewer dosages of immunoreagents,less total assay time,and better linearity,recovery,precision,sensitivity and validity
