　　The Chinese brown frog (R.chensinensis David, 1875) was original described at Inkiapo in Shaanxi province of north-central China.In our previous research, 23 novel cDNAs of amphibian skin antimicrobial peptides were isolated from the skin cDNA library of R.chensinensis which were captured in Shaanxi.
