In recent years,relaxor ferroelectrics,which exhibit dielectric dispersions in their maximum permittivity temperature without macroscopic phase transition,have been widely used in dielectric and piezoelectric fields due to their promising properties.The polar nanoregion(PNR),as a typical structure character of relaxors,is generally believed to be responsible for the relaxor behavior.Here,with the help of high resolution transmission electron microscopy and high resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy,we investigate the relationships between the polar nanoregions and chemical distribution in a kind of leadfree relaxors,Ba(Ti0.8Sn0.2)O3.
