Properation and Magnetic Properties of NiZn-based ferrites by tape-casting

  A new kind of NiZn-based soft magnetic ferrites were prepared via solid-state reaction at around 1000℃.Aqueous technology of tape-casting was applied to obtain thick films of ferrites,about 75μm in thickness.The influence of the type and content of binder,dispersant,plasticizer on the flatness of the ferrite films were optimized.Crystal phases of the ferrites were identified by XRD.
