The microwave dielectric properties of(Ca0.2Sr0.8)3(Sn0.1Ti0.9)2O7 ceramics have been investigated.(Ca0.2Sr0.8)3(Sn0.1Ti0.9)2O7 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state route with various sintering temperatures and times.Higher sintered density of 4.36 g/cm3 can be produced at 1490℃ for 4 h.The dielectric constant values(εr)of 50.7–54.4 and the Q×f values of 6000–17,000 GHz can be obtained when the sintering temperatures are in the range of 1430–1520℃ for 2-4 h.
