语音教学的目的就是要教会学生正确、流利的发音,以达到能正确地听懂别人的谈话和通过说来表情达意,进而促进读和写的能力的发展。我在小学英语教学实践中发现,语音教学的效果不尽如人意。一些学生没有学好语音,不会诵读,也就难以朗读单词和句子。学生学习英语出现两极分化、掉队,其中一个重要原因就是学生未学好语音,没有过好语音关。因为学生语音未学好,发音不准,听音能力差,不仅学不会口语,甚至连听课、记单词、读句子都有困难,从而对英语学习不感兴趣,产生畏难情绪,甚至放弃学习,丧失学习英语的兴趣和信心。
