目的:探讨雪梨与鱼腥草联合应用对吸烟大鼠肺部损害模型中炎症、粉尘颗粒、肺气肿、水肿及充血等病变的防治作用。方法:将20只大鼠(雌雄各半)分为5组(空白对照组、吸烟对照组、对照治疗组、实验治疗组、联合治疗组),每组4只,除空白对照组外,其余组大鼠均吸烟45 d,每组每天12支,同时按组别要求分别进行灌胃治疗,然后取肺组织做石蜡切片及HE染色,观察其组织病理变化。结果:雪梨单独应用治疗后肺内炎症细胞浸润得到一定改善,粉尘颗粒沉积明显减少,肺气肿程度略有减轻但不明显,水肿及充血治疗效果不明显;但雪梨和鱼腥草联合应用时其肺部炎症改善治疗作用明显,粉尘颗粒沉积减少与雪梨单独应用效果相似,肺气肿程度明显减轻,水肿及充血略有改善。结论:雪梨单独应用及雪梨与鱼腥草联合应用对吸烟大鼠肺部损害模型中炎症、粉尘颗粒、肺气肿有一定防治作用,对水肿及充血防治作用不明显。
Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of combination of Sydney and Houttuynia cordata on inflammation, dust particles, emphysema, edema and congestive lesions in the lung injury model of smoking rats. Methods: Twenty rats (male and female half) were divided into 5 groups (blank control group, smoking control group, control treatment group, experimental treatment group and combination therapy group), with 4 rats in each group. Except for the blank control group, The rats in the two groups were smoked for 45 days and each group was given 12 doses of gavage at the same time. The lungs were paraffin-embedded and HE staining to observe the histopathological changes. RESULTS: Infiltration of inflammatory cells in the lungs was improved after treatment with Sydney alone, the deposition of dust particles was significantly reduced, the extent of emphysema was slightly relieved but not obvious, and the effect of edema and hyperemia was not obvious. However, when Sydney and Houttuynia cordata were used in combination The lung inflammation improved the treatment effect is obvious, the reduction of deposition of dust particles with Sydney alone effect similar to significantly reduce the degree of emphysema, edema and congestion slightly improved. Conclusion: The combination of Sydney alone and Sydney and Houttuynia cordata have some preventive and therapeutic effects on inflammation, dust particles and emphysema in the lung injury model of smoking rats, but have no significant effect on the prevention and treatment of edema and congestion.
