目的:通过对北京某三甲中医院医务人员健康和焦虑状况的调查分析,为医院管理提供建设性意见。方法:采用问卷调查,调查医患关系紧张对不同工龄段医务人员健康状况、家庭生活、职业信心、工作态度、焦虑状况等方面的影响。结果:有超过80%的医务人员认为健康状况受到医患关系紧张等压力的影响,焦虑评分(SAS)表明,有超过四分之一的医生和超过三分之一的护士患有不同程度的焦虑症。结论:医患关系紧张能增加医务人员心理压力,影响身体健康。医疗管理部门应定期评估临床一线人员的心理状态,及时改善医务人员潜在的心理和健康问题。
Objective: To provide the hospital management with constructive advice through the investigation and analysis of health and anxiety among medical workers in a top three Chinese medicine hospital in Beijing. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the impact of doctor-patient relationship tensions on health status, family life, job confidence, working attitude and anxiety status of medical staff of different ages. Results: More than 80% of medical staffs think that their health status is affected by the pressure of doctor-patient relationship. The anxiety score (SAS) shows that more than one quarter of doctors and more than one-third of nurses have different degrees of anxiety. Conclusion: Tension between doctors and patients can increase the mental pressure of medical staff, affecting their health. Medical management departments should regularly assess the psychological status of clinical frontline staff in a timely manner to improve the potential psychological health problems and health problems.
