目的:观察呼衰合剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者外周血降钙素原(PCT)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法:将72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用呼衰合剂,对照组采用西医常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后外周血降钙素原(PCT)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化。结果:两组治疗后PCT、TNF-α、IL-8水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:呼衰合剂可能通过增强对细菌感染控制及抑制炎症反应,提高AECOPD治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the effects of Hu Huo Huo Mixture on peripheral blood procalcitonin (PCT), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) Impact. Methods: Seventy-two patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Hu Huo Huai He based on routine treatment of western medicine, while the control group was treated with Western medicine. The changes of peripheral blood procalcitonin (PCT), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the levels of PCT, TNF-α and IL-8 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: Huh Huo He mixture can enhance the therapeutic effect of AECOPD by enhancing the control of bacterial infection and inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.
