一、利用游戏活动,培养健康心态游戏,对儿童有无限的诱惑力。儿童之所以迷恋游戏,是他们能从游戏中得到乐趣,抒发感情,充分地表现和显示自己的能力和智慧,并接受群体的影响和教育。所以游戏比赛在小学体育教学中占有相当的份量:1.通过游戏教学能培养学生的创新精神、竞争意识、团结合作、热爱集体和遵纪守法等优良品质。而这些优良品质正是一个人健康心态的集中体现。
First, the use of game activities, develop healthy state of mind games, children have unlimited allure. The reason why children are infatuated with the game is that they can have fun from the game, express their feelings, fully demonstrate and show their abilities and wisdom, and accept the influence and education of the group. Therefore, the game plays a significant role in primary school PE teaching: 1. Through the teaching of games, students can cultivate students’ innovative spirit, sense of competition, solidarity and cooperation, love of collectives, and compliance with laws and regulations. And these excellent qualities are the embodiment of a person’s healthy state of mind.
