本文介绍一种新型光AD转换器,它只用一个EO(electrooptic)光调制器。这种装置包括一个正向偏压二极管电路,此电路起增强从电一光调制器来的检测信号,重复及改善波形的作用。我们制造出一个包含LiTaO_3调制器和二极管电路的3位AD转换器。称为混合型A/D转换器。它可将双峰值电压60V,频率11MHz的模拟电压转换为3位葛雷码。
This article describes a new type of optical AD converter that uses only one EO (electrooptic) optical modulator. The device includes a forward-biased diode circuit that enhances the detection of signals from the electro-optical modulator, and repeats and improves the waveform. We created a 3-bit AD converter that contains the LiTaO_3 modulator and diode circuit. Known as a hybrid A / D converter. It can double-peak voltage 60V, the frequency of 11MHz analog voltage is converted to 3 Gray code.
