研究了运用毛细管电泳技术快速测定国产某成品药物胶囊中有效成分布洛芬含量的方法 .实验采用5 0μm内径石英毛细管 ,紫外检测设定在 2 1 4nm,缓冲液 p H为 6.864的磷酸盐溶液 .在 1 1 k V运行电压下 ,6min内检测出布洛芬 .定量检测每粒质量为 0 .3 90 2 g胶囊中布洛芬的含量为 0 .3 869g.
The method for rapid determination of ibuprofen in Chinese finished capsules by capillary electrophoresis was studied in this paper.Using quartz tube with 50μm inner diameter and ultraviolet detection to determine the concentration of ibuprofen at 214nm and pH 6.864 Ibuprofen was detected within 6 min at a voltage of 1 1 k V. The amount of ibuprofen in the capsule was 0.3369 g per capsule.
