为贯彻中央工作会议关于搞好国营大中型企业的精神,具体落实国务院生产办等7个部委(国家局)颁发的《企业闲置设备调剂利用管理办法》,四川省生产委员会等部门最近发出通知,明确规定国营大中型企业调剂利用闲置设备的有关问题。通知规定:国营大中型企业依法调剂利用闲置设备的收入,免交能源交通基金和预算调节基金,同时按有关规定免征营业税,各级不得克扣和提留;实行统一核算、统负盈亏的企业集团,处理闲置设备的收入免交两金部分,可由集团公司统一掌握使用。通知还指出:在设备市场尚未建立的情况下,闲
