纵观经济体制改革以来,唐钢无论在科技进步、加强管理,或在企业发展等方面都取得了一定成绩。但是按照建立充满生机和活力的社会主义企业的要求,还有很大差距。就我公司而言,目前面临的形势是极其严峻的,特别是负债经营,后五年乃至“九五”期的还贷任务十分繁重,而且还要继续完成配套改造任务。
Throughout the reform of the economic system, Tang Steel has achieved certain achievements in terms of scientific and technological advancement, strengthening of management, and development of enterprises. However, according to the requirements for building a vibrant and dynamic socialist enterprise, there is still a big gap. As far as our company is concerned, the current situation is extremely severe, especially debt management. The task of loan repayment in the next five years and even the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period is very heavy, and we must continue to complete the task of supporting transformation.
