近年来,国家计委及原国家经委等有关领导同志曾多次指出,要在企业管理升级中将设备管理工作作为一项重要内容进行考核。据此,我委于1988年制订了“沈阳市企业设备管理升级标准”,并与市企业管理领导小组联合印发执行。从此,我市将设备管理纳入了企业升级轨道。几年来,这项工作已蓬勃开展起来。据统计,现已有178家企业达标升级,其中,晋升市设备管理一级企业25家、二级企业118家、三级企业35家。设备管理升级促进了《设备管理条例》的贯彻,推动了企业技术进步和管理进步。
In recent years, relevant leading comrades such as the State Development Planning Commission and the former State Economic Commission have repeatedly pointed out that it is necessary to conduct an assessment of equipment management as an important element in the upgrading of business management. Accordingly, in 1988, the Committee of the Communist Party of China established the “Standards for the Upgrading of Enterprise Equipment Management in Shenyang City”, and jointly issued and implemented with the Municipal Enterprise Management Leading Group. Since then, the city has incorporated equipment management into the corporate upgrade track. Over the past few years, this work has flourished. According to statistics, there are now 178 companies that have upgraded their standards. Among them, there are 25 first-tier equipment management companies, 118 second-tier companies, and 35 third-tier companies in the city. The upgrade of equipment management has promoted the implementation of the “Regulations on Equipment Management” and promoted the technological advancement and management progress of enterprises.
